I11evn Brand collects personal data from visitors to the website who register their information. We also use web statistics tools and track IP addresses so we can improve our services and enhance your online experience.
I11evn Brand does not collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of eighteen. If you are under eighteen, please ask your parents to register for you. Please do not submit any personal details if you are under eighteen.

If you give us your personal information, we will use this information to register you with our website, to administer our website services. We will send you announcements or communications by email only if you give us your permission by submitting your personal details. Otherwise, we use your information only to review our performance and to improve our services to you.

I11evn Brand does not sell, rent or disclose our client's names, addresses, email addresses or other personal information to any non-I11evn Brand entity. I11evn Brand may share client information within the I11evn Brand  organization, including other commonly-owned brands, so that you may be informed of other products that may be of interest to you. Further, in order to maintain our website and provide our client communications, I11evn Brand contracts with selected third parties. As necessary, your personal information may be processed by these third parties, solely for the purpose of assisting I11evn Brand in these endeavors and subject to strict contractual confidentiality obligations. We do not otherwise disclose your information to third parties, unless required by law or in connection with a legal claim or proceeding. If I11evn Brand is acquired by another entity, information about i11evn.com clients may be made available to the new entity.

NO REFUNDS. EXCHANGES ONLY within 15 days from when shipment is received. All exchanges are dependent on existing stock.
Notice must be given to info@i11evn.com within 2 days of receipt for any problems or concerns with merchandise. Items must be in their original packaging, in as-new condition with both the printed receipt and return form when returned.
Domestic customers are financially responsible for shipping the item back to I11evn Brand for the exchange. International customers are financially responsible for shipping the item back to I11evn Brand for the exchange, as well as for shipping the exchanged item back to their respective country.
Any item(s) purchased at a normal price before the start of a sale may not be exchanged for items at sale price. We will not issue a credit for the difference in price on items purchased before the start of sale.In some instances, I11evn Brand reserves the right to institute a $4-8 restocking fee, per item, when said items must be refunded against the above stated Return Policy.

Domestic customers are not financially responsible for shipping the item back to I11evn Brand for the exchange. They will be emailed a return label to use. International customers are financially responsible for shipping the item back to I11evn Brand for the exchange, as well as for shipping the exchanged item back to their respective country.

Purchased items will be shipped within 10-15 business days of the order, although most will be shipped within 3 to 4. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your delivery to arrive. If you still have not received your purchase after 5 weeks, please notify info@i11evn.com. You will receive an email from info@i11evn.com when your order has been confirmed.

Unless otherwise noted, all materials, including images, illustrations, designs, icons, photographs, video clips, music, and written and other materials that appear as part of this Site (collectively, the “Contents”) are copyrights, trademarks, trade dress and/or other forms of intellectual property owned, controlled and/or used under license or with other legal authority by I11evn Brand.
